A modern twist on rocking chairs. Malmö takes CNC technology and transforms a flat rigid material into a pleasant seating experience.

The chair structure is made out of plywood and is put together using mortise and tenon joinery. The seat and back are made using kerf cuts that allows the plywood to bend and offer a more comfortable and ergonomic experience to the user. Both pieces are covered with a thin layer of felt to add a hint of color and a bit of cushion.
