AIRSTONE House
The project of the first floor of a modern country complex house. The concept is based on a symbiosis of technology and nature.
This house is for those who dream of combining the big city life quality and the beauty of birds singing and forest rustle.
Large panoramic windows and a spacious layout create a feeling of airiness and boundless space. Thanks to the neutral color scheme, the changeable landscapes outside the window fill the interior with new colors.
At first minimalistic and discreet, this interior reveals a rich palette of materials and textures with closer contact. They give a special atmosphere and warmth.
The wall covering with natural rough plaster evokes the coziness of Wabi Sabi. The matte floor is made of natural travertine - with cracks and chips. A large natural stone has become the main element of the decor.
Particular attention in the project is given to sustainability. Thoughtful energy-efficient solutions for heating and power supply make the house almost autonomous. A variety of lighting and climate control scenarios add comfort.
Bio Katerina Churina is a professional and creative interior designer who has been running her own highly successful studio since 2009. She has exceptional spatial planning skills, which have earned her numerous awards at prestigious international competitions.
Design work is characterized by a modern Scandinavian style that prioritizes maximum comfort, minimalism, clear lines, and open space. Her studio, Churina Design, operates online without any geographical constraints.
