The Idea behind SKETCH is to question the typology of the armchair and address new ways of designing, producing and assembling furniture in general.
Sketch looks both familiar and traditional. The “armchair”, consisting of the two armrests, a seat and the back support are all made of identical plywood “profiles” which are easily assembled to form an armchair.
The “profile” section is 12mm plywood. It is lightweight can be easily disassembled and transported as flat pack.
The parts can also be upholstered.
