The purpose of this project is to design a third place to strengthen gay social relations and gay community connections.
Now many gay bars are considered as noisy dance venues, this project aims to explore the evolution of gay bars in a new era? at the same time, it is also an exploration of the influence of interior design on human social behavior.
The project creates a fluid space that allows people to explore and encourage social interaction.
Inspired by the concept of ripples, the site is like a calm surface of water and ripples are created when people start socializing. Curved walls and wall openings design allow for more interaction with the space.
