Apex is a multifunctional floor lamp composed of carefully balanced forms paired down to a refined simplicity. The LED light source can be pointed up or angled down for direct or indirect lighting. A spun aluminum cone is held off-axis from a die-cast arm, mounted to the top of a 20mm diameter telescopic tube, allowing for height adjustment from 114cm - 190cm. Designed for compact MR16 LED bulbs with options ranging from Dim-to-Warm 2700K and 300K options to suit many lighting applications.
Bio Andrew Sack is an award-winning Industrial Designer with 9+ years of experience. He received his B.F.A. in Product Design from Parsons School of Design in 2011. Specializing in Lighting Design and Technical Design challenges, Andrew believes in a design process that is informed, efficient, and multidisciplinary. His designs hold a technical simplicity derived from geometry, utilizing a process that is both hands-on and computer-based.
