The project is located in the TOD plan of Changgongyan, Tianfu New District, Chengdu. Since this project is an important spatial node for the distribution of multiple public transport flows, a public space that is both symbolic and allows the fast-moving people to stay is the starting reason of the project.

The designer integrates inspiration which transformed from the dancing ribbon into the space design, not only makes it as a link between the upper and lower relationships as a metaphor of the city's rhythm and vitality. The "ribbon" starts from the ground plane and surrounds the interior of the building, creating a sense of volume and line inside. It guides visitors to visit the internal space, and at the same time ingeniously resolves the traditional, static, box-like space display form. Functions: public hall, ladder square, reading coffee, parent-child learning. People stay, communicate and gather here.
