Fotografiska New York celebrates a historic New York building, restoring it to its former glory, and returning it to the public by giving it new life as a premier cultural institution. The restoration allows a new generation of visitors to appreciate the building’s historic details, and creates a multisensory experience that is both educational and entertaining.
All six stories of the landmarked building have been updated and transformed by architecture and interiors firm CetraRuddy to give the building a new life. Upon receiving the project, Theresa Genovese, who led the renovations, traveled with members of her team to see the Fotografiska space in Stockholm.
