'Tao' is one of the furniture series designed with the theme of Taiwanese indigenous culture, with its name derived from the Tao language, meaning 'person'.
Chair has the strongest connection to people among all furniture items because they are highly personalized and intimate. Across various cultures, seating arrangements are based on individuals' social status. Therefore, chairs can symbolize the self and implying the act of sitting upright to uphold one's individuality.

We believe that the function of furniture is interconnected with culture and life philosophy. Therefore, through design, we aim to strengthen these connections, not only by improving usability and aesthetics but also by imbuing each piece of furniture with profound meaning.

The living spaces of most people living in cities are often narrow, leading to considerable psychological stress over time. Therefore, 'Tao' is designed in the form of stool, which takes up less space, and sturdy wooden products, being 'biophilic material' can alleviate stress. It can also be used for meditation and quiet contemplation.
