The project was born thanks to the tradition to which my family belongs. We have always been dedicated to metal and we know every detail of it, starting from its chemistry.
Thanks to technical knowledge, we have combined design and engineering, studying the stresses to which the base is subject through analytical sizing and 3D simulations. Laser cutting was used combined with a thickness of 8 mm, a press bending (which allowed the parts to be plastically deformed) and TIG welding.
This project is inspired by the modern style, thanks to geometric and precise lines.
Thanks to the experience in the metalworking world, from which our family comes, we have developed a product sized for different types of tops (marble, wood and stoneware). Thanks to experience and sophisticated 3D programs, we have studied the critical issues of the base, solving them, without neglecting its aesthetics.
The reverse engineering process allows us to make it achievable with extreme precision.
The base, made up of groups, is made to hide any type of joint (the welds are not visible).
After the assembly phase, the product is physically tested.
