The Echo Chair is a lounge chair.

It consists of a system of two trapezoids and connectors made of oak wood, with fabric slung over the armrests and backrest to allow for a diverse and hammock like seating. I wanted to create a backward angle to enable the user to sink into the chair and wish to stay there, thus I created backward angles in the fabrics. Sources of inspiration included director's chairs and the Wassily chair. In designing the chair, I endeavored to maintain an elegant and minimalist design that combines functionality with modern aesthetics.
