Planned during the customization stage, this project focuses on spatial efficiency and smooth flow. The elongated layout places the shared living area at the center, with the master and secondary bedrooms at opposite ends for balanced connection and privacy.
The foyer features an L-shaped shoe cabinet built around a structural column, with a soft arch marking the transition inside. Cement-textured SPC flooring runs throughout, grounding the space with subtle calm.
Behind the sofa, an open multifunctional zone supports everyday living. Above, a widened beam with embedded lighting connects twin curved ceilings, forming a gentle focal point like open wings. The living room includes a projector, wall-mounted screen, and surround sound for a home theater experience. Smart systems, air conditioning, and RGB ambient light enrich the atmosphere with flexibility and warmth.
The walls are finished in fog-sand-toned artistic plaster with weathered textures that evoke the passage of time. Its quiet, natural character highlights the furniture, lighting, and materials. With clean lines and muted tones, the space achieves harmony through restraint and calm strength.
