Woven was inspired by an electric guitar, following the unique curves and layers of material found in an electric guitar. The continuous sculptural curves of the wooden frame against the soft bolster cushions are the chair's key highlight, emphasizing the woven materials that interact with one another rather than as two separate components.
The Velcro straps on the back of the frame keep each bolster cushion in place. Woven is a fully flat-packable chair. The cushions detach from the frame, and the frame is assembled without tools, making it simple to use.
