This 520m² apartment, located in São Paulo, was designed with a focus on circulation and the integration of wide, interconnected spaces. The minimalist decor, featuring iconic design pieces from Brazil and abroad, highlights the privileged views: on one side, Jardim Europa, and on the other, the bustling Avenida Paulista. Home to a couple of entrepreneurs and their three children (two girls, aged 26 and 22, and a boy, aged 20), the space is ideal for family and social gatherings, especially on the large balcony, which connects to the living and dining areas.
The strategic use of both natural and artificial lighting enhances the materials, such as the travertine Navona marble, which covers the floor and ceiling of the living room, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. Neutral tones dominate the furniture, reinforcing the minimalist concept. "The marble is the material that synthesizes the project, offering both sophistication and a sense of warmth," says Fernanda Marques, the architect behind this space that balances design and functionality.
