An harmonious curved line, supported by a solid wooden trapezoidal base, describes Più Uno, a seat characterized by a surface in curved porcelain stoneware, thermoformed from large-format flat slabs (6 mm thickness).
Più Uno is a modular element that invites the combination of multiple units to generate a continuous curved line that ideally expands infinitely. This gesture suggests the propagation of a wave, the gentle slopes of a hill, the dunes of the desert, an imaginary that become music, frequency, sinusoidal movement.
The curved slab takes on a soft and welcoming connotation, becoming an ergonomic element capable of guaranteeing unexpected comfort. Più Uno is a sculptural seat designed to fit into any domestic and public space, both indoors and outdoors.
The innovative thermoforming technique of large-format stoneware slabs allows going beyond the flatness, eliminating sharp and angular volumes in favor of a curvilinear imaginary, composed of connected lines. Thus, porcelain stoneware surpasses its technical and expressive limits while retaining the physical properties that make it highly performant, making Più Uno an ergonomic, durable piece of furniture designed to last.
