Karelia translates traditional Russian craft techniques into a production kitchen.
The design is based not on ornament, but on methods of making — carving, depth, and material removal.
Raw MDF is used as a structural surface, where machining reveals a wood-like texture without imitation.
The countertop pattern is an original author’s development, derived from these techniques rather than decorative motifs.
