The project embodies the principles of timeless design through balance, symmetry and natural materials. The dominant feature is the living room, the architectural center of the house, uniting all the spaces. Its composition is emphasized by a metal spiral staircase, overhead lighting and a balcony with an exit to the observatory.
The interior is designed in light natural colors with textured plaster, wood on the ceiling and rustic accents. Original layout solutions include bedrooms with window openings instead of cabinets and a master bedroom with an exit to the veranda and a classic bathroom in the arch. The kitchen with an island makes the most of natural light and also has an exit to the dining area on the terrace.
The resulting image is a modern space filled with light and air, where every detail is harmoniously connected with the whole and creates an atmosphere of a minimalist chalet with eco elements.
