The project is conceived around the concept of a ceremonial arrival experience, where architecture, landscape, and interior spaces unfold through a sequence of spatial layers. From the urban frontage to the main entrance, courtyard, reception hall, and clubhouse, the design creates a refined transition that echoes the experience of a luxury hotel.
A 50-meter ceremonial driveway framed by rows of camphor trees forms the main arrival axis, emphasizing rhythm and symmetry. Dark basalt paving contrasts with the light textured stone façade, enhancing the architectural presence.
Within the arrival courtyard, a starlit ceiling and cascading stone water wall create a dramatic focal point, combining light, water, and material to produce a calm and elegant atmosphere.
Further inside, stone inlay flooring, crystal surfaces, and carefully composed landscape courtyards extend the spatial narrative. The design integrates natural materials, water features, and garden views to create a contemporary residential environment defined by elegance, order, and a sense of ritual.
